The differences between titanium alloy screws and ordinary screws

Titanium alloy screws are threaded products made of titanium alloy, while ordinary screws are made of materials such as carbon steel or stainless steel. Compared with ordinary screws, titanium alloy screws have many advantages.

Advantage 1: Higher corrosion resistance

Due to the excellent corrosion resistance of titanium alloy screws themselves, they will not undergo oxidation or rusting, and thus are suitable for use in highly corrosive environments. However, ordinary screws are prone to rust in corrosive environments, reducing their service life.

Under normal circumstances, titanium alloy screws can be used for a long time in high-temperature environments without oxidation and rusting, while ordinary screws are prone to oxidation and rusting in high-temperature environments.

Due to the fact that titanium alloy screws can withstand the influence of factors such as corrosion and wear, and their lightweight and low friction make them have a longer service life, they can be replaced less frequently compared to ordinary screws.
